The Office (SoMa One-Shot)"Soul Evans, please come to the main office. Soul Evans, please come to the main office." I hear the secretary call my name out over the intercom. The Office (SoMa One-Shot) by kaitolova
I sigh,"what does my father want this time?" I get up from my chair in my little cubical and start heading to the main office.
"Your father wants to see you."
I mumbled under my breath,"I kinda figured.." I walked in his office to see him talking to a woman that I've never seen before. They don't seem to notice me so I decided to cough.
My father looks away from the woman and looks at me,"Ah! Soul, your here!"
"Yeah, I'm here.." I say unamused. "Why did you want me to come in here?" I asked him.
"I want you to show our new employe around the place." He tells me.
"Yeah, sure, whatever." I respond back.
He then turns himself to the woman next to him. "Don't mind him. He's just a little moody right now."
"That's understandable." The woman said and turn towards me. I was awestruck at her eyes they were as green as an emerald
The Cake (SoulxMaka One-Shot)"I'll be back later Maka!"The Cake (SoulxMaka One-Shot) by kaitolova
"Okay, Soul!", I shouted to Soul as he walked out the front door.
"Great, Souls off to play basketball with the guys and knowing how Black*Star is, he won't be home for a while!", I say to my self as I go find the strawberry shortcake recipe.
Once I found the recipe, that was stored away with the other recipes, I begin looking for the ingredients. "Sugar.., eggs.., shortening.., baking powder.., some salt.., flour.., milk.., whipped heavy cream.. and what else...", I stood there thinking a bit and decided to look back at the recipe.
I mentally smack myself,"Oh! I'm so dumb! Strawberries! That's what I need! I hope Soul didn't eat both of the containers considering I need about one for the cake.", I look in the fridge and sighed in relief,"Great, there's one left in here."
I grabbed the strawberries and started to bake the cake.
~two hour later~
"There! All done" I say as I put the finishing touches on the cake.
I heard the front door open,'Just in time.'
